For the edification of the next person to need to export a font from an Apple .dfont bundle: the relevant tool is FONDU. Watch the ./configure; it ignores –prefix, so you have to go directly for the –bindir if you want it make install’d in your ~. I’ve installed it on erzulie, in my ~/bin, to crack open Osaka and send it off to a Linux Openoffice-using colleague. Works beautifully.
